Apparently, doc thinks I may not need the second surgery.  He said that the meniscus (pardon the spelling if I’ve got it wrong) is no longer torn in two places.  It’s only torn in one spot.  He said I can start the physiotherapy next week and we’ll see if I need surgery later.  In six weeks he’ll reassess my progress.
That was pretty good news.
Now I have to wait until Pat Clayton calls me back.  Yeah.  That "Pat Clayton" – the one who looks after the Calgary Stampeders.
He can set up the protocol for my knee rehab.
Nuff said there.
Oh happy days.
